We accept credit card payment. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

All prices exclude delivery. We endeavour to ensure our delivery service is as cheap and efficient as possible.

Our returns policy is to exchange goods within 10 days providing the goods are undamaged, unused and returned in the original packaging, complete with till receipt.
Any shortages or damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Faulty items may be repaired or replaced within the warranty period subject to manufacturer's recommendations.
Please note, all Second Hand goods, serviced or repaired equipment is working at the time of collection. Subsequent faults must be returned within 28 days for evaluation.
