Making a purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping and handling

All prices exclude delivery. We endeavour to ensure our delivery service is as cheap and efficient as possible. We aim for delivery within 3-5 working days via the most approriate method.

Typical Delivery Charges - Mainland UK (by size and value):

Small items - £4.95 Royal Mail
Large items - £7.50 Courier
X Large items - £15.00 Courier
Windsurf boards/Boats - £25.00 Courier

Back orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Your credit card will not be debited until the item has been dispatched. If we can not back order your goods, we will let you know.

Returns

Our policy is to exchange goods within 10 days providing the goods are undamaged, unused and returned in the original packaging, complete with till receipt.

Any shortages or damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Faulty items may be repaired or replaced within the warranty period subject to manufacturer's recommendations.

Please note, all Second Hand goods, serviced or repaired equipment is working at the time of collection. Subsequent faults must be returned within 28 days for evaluation.

The above does not affect your statutory rights.

Tax charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is already included.

Credit card security

Our online ordering system uses SSL security. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website. We are committed to protecting your privacy. Shopping is safe with RoHo because all details are sent using encrypted software. This means that the credit card details sent are coded in such a way that, in the extremely unlikely event that someone is somehow able to obtain this information, only we can decode the information to obtain your credit card details. The credit card details are encrypted on your PC through the "encryption" page and they are only decrypted after they reach our computer.

Privacy policy

Robin Hood Watersports do NOT disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.
