Making a purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping and handling

All prices exclude delivery. We endeavour to ensure our delivery service is as cheap and efficient as possible. All orders will be processed in 2 to 3 working days, or, in case of a problem, the customer contacted. Generally speaking, mainland UK deliveries will be received next working day.

Most items costs £7.50 for mainland UK delivery. Small items may be sent by standard post and can cost less. Large items such as boards and boats vary depending on size and delivery area. Please call us for a delivery quote.

Back orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Your credit card will not be debited until the item has been dispatched. If we can not back order your goods, we will let you know.

Returns

Our policy is to exchange goods within 10 days providing the goods are undamaged, unused and returned in the original packaging, complete with till receipt.

Any shortages or damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Faulty items may be repaired or replaced within the warranty period subject to manufacturer's recommendations.

Please note, all Second Hand goods, serviced or repaired equipment is working at the time of collection. Subsequent faults must be returned within 28 days for evaluation.

The above does not affect your statutory rights.

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included.
